Ceiling fan installation and replacement
New ceiling fans installed where a light fixture or fan is already in place, existing fans replaced, plug-in commercial fans mounted to a stud, and troubleshooting for fans that are not working right.
What Dan does
Dan installs a new ceiling fan wherever there is already a light fixture or fan in place, and swaps out existing fans, flush mount or downrod, including smart and remote-controlled fans. He does not run new wiring, so a spot with no existing fixture is not a fit, unless it is a plug-in commercial fan mounted to a stud.
If a brand-new fan doesn't work after it is installed, the fan itself can be the problem, because returned fans sometimes go back on the store shelf without being tested. When that happens, Dan can install the replacement.
